Another area of goals you may want to pursue is that of career goal setting. Corporate goal setting is also a major area of goal interest. Although most of the Stephen Covey's content is based on effectiveness through relationships and people, there is still value in setting career goals. This kind of effort usually results in some sort of financial goal setting process. This is not a bad way to set goals, but it can sometimes derail us from what's truly important, which is people. In setting business goals, we should still evaluate the 4 areas of life and how the goal will affect these areas.
