I love it when you speak of personal empowerment. It literally is freeing to be blessed with choices. Hopefully, all of our choices lead to "good" for our fellowman.

I love your answer to the Next Era question because I have been saying for some time now that we are in the parallel era/age called the "Wisdom Age." Never before have we had so much access to the wisdom aof the ages as we do because of the internet. The explosive interconnectivity of the worlds population has made it possible to distill the wisdom of the all of the great leaders throughout history. Many sources in the form of leadership and business books has changed the face of leadership and followership for the rich benefit of the common everyday leader. I believe the emerging era is the "Wisdom Age" and being a voracious reader will bring you tremendous dividends in your leadership walk. I would love to talk about this more.

I am security and performance engineer with one fo the largest companies in the world and i can clearly say that after i started to invest in information productivity my engineering effectiveness skyrocketed
No matter what industry or vertical you are one must become a information worker of her space of focus to survive. Who is better ? He who knows how-to or he who knows how to get the how-to fast?...No one can embrace all how-to's in the world even in her own space, but the demand is on the raise. How do you keep up with this fast pace? You become an information worker that knows how to dig and find quickly relevant how-to's

This post is fantastic. I would appreciate if they could be more frequent, and on newer ideas. Perhaps the next topic could be on what constitutes wisdom.
